I ordered my daughter’s cheer uniform from Omni Cheer, the fit was way better than I thought it would be. She’s kind of between sizes, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the size chart ended up being accurate, or at least it was for us.
The top fit snug like it’s supposed to, but it didn’t seem too tight, and the skirt length worked fine with her school’s rules. I was fully expecting we might have to swap something out, so not having to do an exchange was a big relief.
Shipping was normal, nothing too crazy either way, but the main thing for me was that the uniform fit right the first time. I’d probably order from them again based on this experience.

I ordered from Omni Cheer for my daughter’s team, and the prices were better than most of the other places we looked at. The uniforms and shoes were nice quality for what we paid, and they didn’t feel ridiculously overpriced like some cheer sites. Shipping was fine too, though we probably didn’t help ourselves by ordering right when everyone else seemed to be getting team stuff, so the timing was kind of on us. I liked that we were able to grab a few extra items without totally blowing the budget. Overall, happy with the value.

The order showed up in good condition, so I’ll give them that, but the shipping felt slower than it probably should have been. The sizing was also a little off, which makes me wonder if the size guide is really as accurate as it’s supposed to be. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average

My order showed up, it was impressive how much of it was wrong. About half the items weren’t what I picked, and the sizes were off too. Customer service did eventually help, so credit where it’s due, but it took way more back and forth than it should’ve for something that seemed straightforward.

My order showed up late one time, which was annoying because I kept checking the tracking and wondering if it was even coming that day, but to be fair when I reached out to support they got back to me quickly and were actually helpful, so it wasn’t a total disaster, just kind of a mixed experience overall

We ordered uniforms for our youth cheer team from Omni Cheer, and overall I think it went well. The website was easy enough to use, and the sizes and colors seemed clear, which was a big help since we were ordering for a whole group of girls.
Most of the items showed up right and looked nice for the price. A couple of the bows ended up being backordered, so the order took longer than we were hoping, but I guess that kind of thing can happen with team orders.
Customer service did answer when we reached out and helped get things sorted out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I’d say it was still a good one overall, and I’d probably order from them again.

The uniform color looked really close to the pictures on the site, just a little brighter in person than I was expecting. Still happy with it overall, and I’d definitely order again.

Shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible, but after I paid, I didn’t feel super confident because the updates were kind of slow and I started wondering what was going on. It did eventually arrive, so overall it was just okay

Overall, the quality is good. It held up well, even after using it a bit, which I was happy about.

Trying to place an order on omnicheer.com was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages were loading really slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and I had to keep clicking around just to find the right sizes and colors. It felt like something that should’ve taken a few minutes turned into a whole hassle.
Checkout wasn’t much better either. My cart changed at one point, so I had to go back and fix everything, which was really annoying. I’m sure the products might be fine, but the website experience was bad enough that I feel like some kind of discount or compensation would be fair for the time and trouble.

I had to wait longer than I think is fair for a response, especially when you’re dealing with an issue that needs fixing. That said, they did eventually get back to me and sorted it out, so I’ll give them credit for following through. Overall, not a bad experience, but keeping customers waiting without much of an update just doesn’t feel right.

We just got our cheer gear from omnicheer.com recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind. I really liked how many ways we could customize everything, from the colors to the lettering and sizes. The layout took me a little while to get used to, and I do wish the preview was clearer, but the final gear turned out nice. Based on this order, I’d definitely use them again

They had a lot of choices, which was nice. I did second-guess myself a little because there were so many options, but I ended up finding what I needed without much trouble.

I checked and, thankfully, the sizes were actually in stock. it’s annoying that this has to feel like a win, because so many places never seem to have what you need when you need it.

I ordered some cheer gear and ended up needing to return part of it. The refund did come through, just took longer than I expected. I had to check in once to see what was going on, and customer service did reply, not super quickly, but they did answer. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother.

I assumed this would last at least a little while, but it started falling apart after just a few games. Maybe I expected too much, but it didn’t feel very durable to me.

The uniform looked fine when it arrived, but the fabric felt really rough and cheap once my daughter put it on. She kept saying it was scratching her arms during practice, and it didn’t seem breathable at all, so she was uncomfortable the whole time.

I also didn’t love that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to when I ordered, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Even after washing it, the uniform stayed stiff and not soft like I expected. For the price, I thought it would be way more comfortable. I won’t be ordering again

I was already trying to be careful with my money, so having the exchange drag on forever was really frustrating. The return rules weren’t very clear either, and I felt like I had to keep double-checking everything just to avoid losing out. Not the smoothest experience

I had a good experience with Omni Cheer. After I placed my order, I started getting emails about what was happening and when it shipped, which just made me feel like things were moving along the way they should.
One update came a little later than I expected, and my gut had me wondering for a minute if something was off. But customer service got back to me and explained everything, so it ended up being fine. Overall, the communication felt solid, and I’d order from them again.
